The GSE is perfectly suitable for use in sales and kitchens. With this slicer you obtain perfectly sliced fresh products and strong performance at an affordable entry-level price. An inclined carriage and blade allow particularly simple and ergonomic operation. Sliding grooves on the carriage allow easy product feed and ensure fatigue-free working. One of GSE's great strengths is hygiene. The enclosed machine housing with base plate has no corners or edges to minimize bacteria buildup. Easy cleaning is guaranteed by intelligent features such as very simple and quick component disassembly, a removable sharpener and high-quality anodized coating.

Manual vertical slicer VSP Flex

As the name suggests: This variant allows maximum flexibility thanks to its modular concept. The combination of slicer and metrologically approved scale lets you slice, weigh and bill at the counter in a single step. Not only does this save your team a lot of time, it also reduces the walking distance between devices. Plus, eye contact with the customer is not interrupted during the sales process.||Also for process digitization in the preparation room, the VSP Flex is optimally suited: Using our MyOrder solution, you can handle order management directly via the touch screen of your Flex solution and pre-produce pre-ordered goods on time. By the time customers come to the counter to pick up their order, everything is ready - sliced, packaged and labeled.
Manual vertical slicer VSP with Parma Ham Carriage

Originally designed for slicing Parma ham, this version is also perfect for all other types of ham. Since the special remnant holder can be flexibly adjusted, the Parma ham carriage is ideal for slicing meat from the bone or a whole ham with bone. Very large pieces of ham are not a problem at all for this model: The large blades with diameters of 350 mm and 370 mm make slicing quite easy.

The model with meat carriage is specifically designed for slicing meat. Even very large and heavy pieces can be easily processed. Thanks to the specially designed feeding carriage, even moist products can be sliced hygienically. Fatigue-free work is also possible with high product weights which is enabled by the ergonomic feeding carriage. A little bit more is okay? For large pieces of meat, simply choose the appropriate blade diameter - 350 mm or 370 mm.

The powerful VSP is fitted with the all-rounder among our carriages: This standard version gives you maximum flexibility as it is perfectly suitable for a wide range of products from small to large. An ideal tool if your team processes a wide variety of products at the counter or in the preparation room during their daily work and if you attach great importance to products sliced in top quality.||Our standard carriages come with blade diameters of 280 and 330 mm. The carriage having a blade diameter of 280 mm is a more compact version with reduced options space and perfectly suited for particularly confined spaces and small products.
