Engineering

Our international engineering team develops the solutions our customers need to succeed. In doing so, we create and respond to market trends using innovative technologies. Purchasing & Logistics

Here, market instinct and strategy are in demand: logistics and procurement processes in the areas of Operational Purchasing, Strategic Purchasing and Shipping, among others, are part of the on-time provision of materials. Finance & Controlling

The team is responsible for monitoring, supporting and financing Bizerba activities. Tasks include accounts payable and receivable, risk management, business controlling and balance sheet accounting. The team develops new business models, analyzes data, prepares reports and advises on revenue and cost items. Our subsidiary Bizerba Financial Services delivers innovative leasing and hire-purchase solutions for our customers.

Human Resources

Bizerba - these are the people without whom nothing works. The HR team takes care of recruiting, personnel development, consulting and support, training and continuing education - the latter, among other things, with our in-house Academy. The HR team is a strategic partner within the company, a source of inspiration, a shaper and a driver of renewal - also in terms of new, flexible working models. This is where you help define the work of tomorrow.

Sales & Marketing

Bizerba is represented in 120 countries. The multicultural team supports the international sales organizations in strategic and operational business. This includes key account management, business development and e-commerce as well as the provision of marketing materials and campaigns. Sales & Marketing is also responsible for internal communications.

Technical Customer Service

Service for us is a process that starts with consulting in the pre-sales phase, continues in the sales phase with installation and user training, and continues in the aftersales phase with maintenance and servicing. The team also supports market organizations and partner companies in introducing and implementing services. Perfect service is central to our success - this is where you can make yourself indispensable.

Production & Industrial Engineering

Here, it is guaranteed never to be boring: The area ensures that necessary know-how is available and further developed - no trivial task in view of an enormous product portfolio and many individualized solutions, which are manufactured from around 14,000 individual parts. Industrial Engineering provides production with the necessary resources and designs working environments optimally for the task in hand.

Quality Management

You would prefer to always get 150 percent? Then you have a lot in common with our Quality team. It defines processes and standards and ensures transparency through audits, reports and management reviews. In addition to quality assurance, the team also takes care of compliance in areas such as environmental management, energy management and occupational safety. There is a separate team for equipment safety, product approvals, certifications and product testing.
