The VS12 D is a premium automatic vertical slicer that operates without touching to the benefit of hygiene and presentation. This vertical slicer is based around a powerful blade drive and intelligent Emotion® motor control.

Slice depositingThe VS12 D has an automatic depositing system that will lay out slices without any manual handling and arranging of the slices. The vertical slicer features multiple depositing options for varying optimal product presentation. Users can choose from 18 depositing options and large product sizes. The round plates of the slicer also allow for a star-shaped arrangement, and support the use of salmon boxes.

Cleaning

The components of this automatic vertical slicer are all stainless steel, and the machine can be quickly disassembled for thorough cleaning. The machine can be disassembled without tools, and the stainless-steel components are all dishwasher safe. The open design of the slicer makes cleaning even easier still.

Operation

For easy operation, the slicer features a membrane keyboard with user-friendly symbols and buttons. Slice depositing patterns and options can all be easily set, and most frequent combinations can be stored for easy use in the future.
This one machine offers a choice of manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic operation modes. The VS12 D also offers an adjustable thickness setting in the range of 0 to 3mm.
The slicer’s buttons are all colour-coded for easy recognition, and the on/off switch has a restart interlock and protective function.
For safety, the blade area of the VS12 D is covered during the blade sharpening process.
