A Full Service contract offers you all-round protection for your investment. You can fully concentrate on your core competencies while the Bizerba Service is taking care of your equipment.
The flexible design of the contract enables us to create a service package individually tailored to your needs. The Bizerba Full service contract offers you increased productivity as well as greater planning reliability and cost certainty.

  • Repairs: Repair of defective devices including set-up time, working time, travel expenses and genuine Bizerba spare parts
  • Annual check-up and remote support

  • Increase of Service Level Agreement (SLA): Extended availability means that the stand-by service adjusts their availability by up to 24 hours, seven days a week to your individual production times.
