Originally developed for slicing parma ham in particular, this model is also ideally suited for slicing ham of any other type. This is because the parma ham carriage, thanks to its special remnant holder with its flexible adjustability options, is ideally designed for slicing meat from the bone or a whole ham on the bone. Even very large pieces of ham are no problem for this model: The large 350 mm or 370 mm diameter blades process these with ease as well.

Manual vertical slicer VSP with Standard Carriage
The high-performance VSP comes with the most versatile of our carriages: In fact, this standard version offers maximum flexibility, as it is perfectly suited for a wide range of slicing products, from small to large. As a result, this model is the ideal tool if your team processes a wide range of different products at the deli counter or in the preparation room on a daily basis, and if you place particular emphasis on the top quality of the products you produce. Standard carriages are available with blades of 280 and 330 mm in diameter. The variant with a blade diameter of 280 mm is a more compact version designed for reduced space options, ideally suited for extremely confined spaces and for smaller slicing products.
Manual vertical slicer VSP with Meat Carriage
The model with a meat carriage is specifically designed to slice meat products. Even very large and heavy pieces can be processed with ease. Thanks to the uniquely designed feeding carriage, even those cuts of meat that are relatively moist can be sliced hygienically. The feeding carriage enables ergonomic, fatigue-free working even for heavier product weights. A bit more perhaps? For large pieces of meat, simply choose the appropriate 350 mm or 370 mm diameter blade size.
