or more than 60 years, the Bizerba C339 inclinometer in Streamline design has been standing on the counter of the Vongerichten Winery and Guesthouse in Oberhausen in the Palatinate, where it has been faithfully performing its duties. The Vongerichten family bought it in the 1960s from Waagen Steitz in Kaiserslautern. In the first decades it was used for fruit sales. Even then, the reliable quality, robustness and classic design of the Bizerba scales were the most important factors. A small investment for the then young family business, which the Vongerichtens could not have imagined would pay off. They are still proud to have the scale in their possession today. It reliably weighs fine foods and regularly attracts the attention of customers.
