Thermal direct film labels
Thermal direct film labels are impressive in three ways: They are extremely robust in terms of mechanical load and moisture. At the same time, they ideally stick to uneven or irregular surfaces. We have combined materials and adhesives to create the individual label that you require. Matching your needs and in true Bizerba style, quality.
Bizerba thermal direct film labels are the right choice when you have unique or special requirements on the label: The material is ideally suitable for moist or ambient conditions. It also has a high dimensional stability and is very tear-resistant. At the same time, it is very supple and optimally sticks to uneven surfaces.
As a special highlight, we also have transparent thermal labels: They show all relevant information without obstructing the view of the package content. Ideal when you want to present the product beautifully.
Bizerba thermal direct film labels can be printed in thermal direct process and are available with variable adhesives. They can be flexibly used in industrial production or for labelling of self-service items in retail.
Benefit from perfectly matched labelling processes. Bizerba thermal direct film labels are optimally aligned to the application and manufactured with Bizerba labelling equipment.
The labels in the thermal range are extremely flexible, ideally suited to industrial food manufacturing plants that have less than perfect ambient conditions due to the temperatures the food may need to be kept at. In addition to the label being the most suitable for food manufacturing operations we also supply a complete range of application to apply the labels, consider our new GLM-Ievo CleanCut labelling system.
The high-speed GLM-Ievo systems can apply labels at an incredible 300 packs per minute, depending on the type of label you require. We can also now offer F-Wrap (Full wrap labellers) C-Wrap and top and bottom labellers all at extremely high speeds.
