The personal data you enter on the e-recruiting website is collected, processed and used by Bizerba exclusively for the purposes of processing your application and in the staffing process, as well as for related activities (such as sending employment contract documents via DocuSign). Bizerba stores and processes your data confidentially worldwide in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
Vacancies at Bizerba are filled in cooperation with the responsible employees of our human resources departments and the supervisors of the specialist departments. The supervisors of the specialist departments as well as the employees of our human resources departments may belong to different companies of Bizerba. Therefore, your data can be exchanged worldwide within Bizerba.
Specifically, this includes the following persons:
- Responsible managers
- Recruiting team
- (Global) HR Business Partner
- HR administrator
- HR payroll
- IT system coordinators
- Internal and external auditors
- Works council (access to applicant data from the works council hearing onwards)
Your profile data will only be passed on to third parties (e.g. service providers) in a confidential and protected manner if they are involved in the local staffing process or in the process of initiating a relationship. Service providers are carefully selected. The confidential and secure handling of your data is ensured by means of appropriate contracts and regular provider audits. Your data will only be transmitted to state institutions within the framework of mandatory legal provisions.

Data deletion
After completion of the application process for which we have received your data, it will be automatically deleted from the system after 6 months. The automatic deletion of documents within DocuSign after sending employment contract documents takes place after 90 days.
In the case of applications for a training place or for dual studies, the data will be deleted by September 1 of the following year at the latest due to the selection process.
In addition, you can update or delete your data/applicant profile in the system yourself at any time.
You can withdraw your application and/or deactivate your approvals at any time. This is taken into account in the application process.
You can also delete your external profile at any time or request us to do so.
1. Applying for a specific position, posting your CV or sending a speculative application
By applying to Bizerba, you provide Bizerba with your personal data. You have the opportunity to apply for a specific job. Your data will only be made accessible to and processed by employees who are entrusted with filling this position. Alternatively, you can post your CV in the e-recruiting system. You also have the option to submit an unsolicited application without reference to a specific position. In this respect, your data may be exchanged worldwide within Bizerba for possible matching job requests.
In all cases, you are responsible for ensuring that your data is correct and truthful. You can view, update and delete the data you have provided at any time via the careers portal on the Bizerba website. Please note that changes to your profile will affect all of your current applications. If you delete your application, you will no longer be considered in the further recruitment process.
If you withdraw your application or no later than 6 months after completion of an application process, the application data will be deleted. In addition, Bizerba reserves the right to delete an application.
2. Talent pool recruitment
With your consent, your profile can be stored in the talent pool of our e-recruiting system for 6 months after completion of the application process for which we have received your data. By agreeing to the privacy policy, you consent to employees of Bizerba's human resources departments being able to assign you to a different position. If you no longer wish to be considered for a position from a certain point in time, you can block your profile at any time so that you can no longer be found in our talent pool. You can also update or completely delete your profile and entries at any time.
It is our intention to inform you about the most interesting positions at Bizerba. Therefore, we ask you to regularly update your profile and application data in our system. By providing us with your contact details, you agree that Bizerba may contact you for personnel marketing measures.
3. Hiring
In case of your employment, your data will be transferred from the e-recruiting system to the HR administration systems of the respective country. Your data will be stored and processed there as employee data in our HR administration systems.
The private email address may be used to exchange employment contract documents.
