CWFmaxx modular checkweighing systems are mainly used in food processing companies which have to meticulously clean their systems. The stainless steel housing is suitable for use in hygienic environments. All components are easy to access, so that they can be thoroughly cleaned. The shape is designed to prevent the accumulation of dirt.

The CWFmaxx controls the package flow by categorising and sorting goods via freely definable or legally stipulated weight classes. For this purpose the weight is compared with the reference weight stored in the database. Overweight and underweight packages are rejected from the production line via pushers. All recorded production data can be called up in paper form and digitally.

The design as with all the checkweighers within the Bizerba range is modular. Modular checkweighing enables you to add further belts and inspection systems to the production line. Effortlessly incorporate a weighing system to any part of the line with little or no adjustments required. Used with the Industrial Software BRAIN2 this will enable you to monitor and manage the line remotely, in addition offering complete Data capture and food traceability. BRAIN2 will evaluate the entire line, to include metal detection results, rejected packages and giveaway reports.  

Additionally the CWFmaxx is one of the fastest hygienic checkweighers available. Weighing ranges of up to 400 units per minute. Weighed accurately and hygienically, with weight ranges from 10 grams to 15000 grams. Why not consider adding a modular checkweighing system to your production line. Used with X-Ray Food systems or metal detection systems the set up will offer you full traceability and complete visibility of the production line results in real time. The CWFmaxx Modular Checkweighing systems will easily integrate with 3rd party software and hardware if required.

Products can be created at a later time w/o subsequent metrological verification w/o additional production interruptions while simultaneously establishing the static dynamic shift of new packages.
